The DiCianni Group is a privately held holding company focused on building durable, cash-flowing assets across real estate, operating businesses, and public markets. Based in Philadelphia, we develop and operate income-producing real estate, engage in select private partnerships with closely held businesses, and oversee a concentrated equity portfolio at the home-office level.
